This reminds me of my mother, but we would be living in England here, which makes no sense, but it feels like home.

Thanks, Ed! I'm more of a left turn kind of guy, but in this case a right turn was right!

Do the pieces fit?
I know the pieces fit.
Do the pieces fit?
I know the pieces fit.
Do the pieces fit?
I put 'em in,
I put 'em out
I put 'em upside
I put 'em downside
I put 'em to size
Do the pieces fit?
Yes, the pieces fit
I work 'em 'til I know they do-
The Pieces Fit.

I'm fitting those pieces night and day,
call it work or call it play.
I'm fitting those pieces night and day,
fit those pieces till they take me away.

very glad you like it, my friend!
the dA upload screen had some kind of glitch this morning - the current download is 900 pixels by 900 pixels - can you tell me how big you want the image in pixels? i'll give you any size download you want.
(i scanned an 18.5 cm square image at 300 dpi, so the download can be enormous if you want it to be.)

yes they do, perfectly!
i love the "traditional" look you gave it.
i think the original one stands well for itself too. i downloaded it to try and do something, but never found the time and inspiration.

aw, thanks! it was fun to go more traditional in this one.
yes, the original one is very good - stands alone and very nice for adding to.
collaborations are daunting at first. i stared at this for quite a while. that wood paneling =fredfree gave me got me started.

Thanks! I wondered what the heck that chair was doing, now I know! This was different for me even though it sort of looks like me - I'm glad it works!
