Because of some of the muscles and bone placements are shaded in---it makes her look really manly. It's a nice pic over all it's just the shading is a bit over done and it leaves the picture looking like Betty's head on top of a buff woman's body.
I love the pose, the shadows and especially the illusion of leather.
