Chenzira was not happy with his father's "surrender", the one who was once known as the selfish lion was now an old sad lion hiding on a cave and begging for his inner peace, but his son was different, he proposed himself to take over the pridelands to rule them.

The idea was to make a coup against Ahadi's rule, it hadn't been long since he became the new king after Mohatu passed away, so Chenzira thought it would be easy to defeat an "inexperienced king"

So he started to brainwash some of the animals and other lions from the pride to persuade them to overthrow Ahadi from his throne, this caused a crisis on pride rock, both Uru and Ahadi where frustated, but Uru searched herself the origin of this, and after days of investigation he found out that this was all because his half brother wanted the throne, when Ahadi knew about this, he decided to see him face to face to dare him in a fight, in wich if Ahadi won, he would still be king and Chenzira would be forever banished from the pridelands, but if he won, he would become the ruler of Ahadi's lands, both of them accepted the deal and after a long fight, Ahadi finally won, Chenzira was about to go, but with a final warning

"It seems that you've become as strong as your dear father, but you will never be like him, you can stay in this lands along with my treacherous half sister, but no matter how hard I try, I will be back, and I'll make sure to ruin your life, and destroy your family... I may be gone, but even if I'm away, in your darkest nightmares I'll still be haunting you"

Even though this ended, there were still some lions that were still brainwashed by Chenzira, they were still believing his lies despite his exilement a few days ago, so they decided to leave too, fortunately, the ones that left the pridelands for following Chenzira were very few

After being exiled, he decided to make his own pride, he would train his followers to one day take over the pridelands, but before that happened, he have found a rocky mountainous land, in wich he would stay to rise his own pride
