a little piece of advice, you should do more tones for the hair, here i can see that you got into it right away with a dark tone, but if you take your time and try to make different layers of hair, I'm sure the results will be way better, because the piece where the hightlight is supposed to be looks like there's no hair at all, hope to be of help.
