The way the creator drew the bodies, Akira Toriyama, he made the hair and body huge. It's not that the head is small, it's that everything is big.

I like this. I agree with*Midnight-Wolf . Only thing I would add is that the anger marks on his forehead seem slightly off, by maybe a millimeter. (I'm very precise with my critiques) Looks very good considering how close-up it is.

Very good, his hair looks great and the tone is very well done. The pencil lines are nice and clean, his clothing and expression look nicely done and seem typical Goku mad style.
