HOLY SHIT SONETHING ACTUALLY TAME.

I've been wanting to improve Hika's design for awhile now. I didn't like his wings too much and he looked a lot like a botched OC. So...I EMBRACED IT AND GAVE HIM TWO DIFFERENT COLORED EYEBALLS LIKE SOME SHITTY FURRY OC. Actually, this is kinda how I wanted him to be from the beginning...even with the FIRST UTS, the NLR comic. I wanted him to be a freak of nature, a bit evil, and a good character arch surrounding that plot point. BUT I SHUT IT DOWN, because I thought it was too cringe. Then I dunno I just really didn't like how he was coming out to be. His first appearance in the comic is about to come up and it's pretty good, but it didn't have any payback with the dual character he was left with. So, I brought the old one back. He hasn't been implemented yet, it's not like it really changes much. It's for the better.

I want him to be powerful but not too powerful so I took away his wings.
I wanted something to compliment his hair highlights so I kept the one eye blue.
I wanted him to look a LOT like Agis, that's important. Agis's biggest feature is his eyes soooo...I gave him a yellow eye.
