Yes yes, I know it's late but I have had a lot to do and might have forgotten just how quickly time had passed... XD
Anyway, yesterday was the 17th of May which is Norway's national day (or constitution day) and in Hetalia terms, birthday. In Norway this day is refereed to as grunnlovsdagen or simply as syttende mai(lit. seventeenth May) and in Sweden as "let's-discuss-all-the-reasons-we're-jealous-of-the-Norwegians-day" (not really but damn near close).
Although I live only a couple of hours away, I've only visited briefly and I'm a bit ashamed of how little I know about our closest neighbor(I'm really sorry, by all means, do correct me if I'm wrong on anything). Nonetheless, I didn't want to waste the opportunity to draw the personification of our precious neighbor, so happy belated 17th May!
On another note, I almost forgot his curl because I had so many other details to draw. XD
Software used: Clip Studio Paint Pro (or Manga Studio 5)
Time to make: 10 hours?
The details fill you with determination; how many found-through-wikipedia national symbols did I manage to cram into the picture?

Then that's good enough for me. Yeees, I think the details make up at least half of the total time the picture took to create (10 hours+/- is still pretty fast for me though XD). Good thing the internet can provide me with an infinite amount of music and creepy pastas.
