I know,i suck at drawing mechas but I lve them so much s I'm tring to improve a little bit... first attempt ... I guess it's not that bad ... even if it has no style !!!! xD ( round shapes, square shapes .... booo )Also i try not to spend much time on it... this one took me about 1h to sketch (almost the same time for the crappy inking)

rofl, you don't give yourself enough credit. I've seen BAD mechas, hell half the bad ones I've seen are mine! hahaha Your mecha may not be uber beefy, but that doesn't matter! It's still nicely drawn and nicely configured. No need to put down a good thing!
