This is my second posted drawing of Akamaru from Naruto, the first was in 2008. happy to see that i've gotten better [link]

I'm focusing more on getting anatomy right now (most of the time i drew from memory alone and never corrected the mistakes... which kinda led to the same boring poses and horrible legs).

I was originally going to color this in photoshop but decided to go traditional and use prismacolor markers instead!

anyways, i have tons of sketches just waiting to be inked, scanned, and colored so my account will be more active now... at least i hope so, i tend to get distracted a lot

next up will be Growlithe!

oh, and this is actually the second try for the trade, the original one i drew for the trade i drew in 10 minutes waiting in line for free comic book day at the library. i realized how horrible the paws were and decided that i needed to work on anatomy more if anyone wants to see the sketch, i might upload it to scraps.
