Rikku is planning to write about Fae! I'm obsessed with medieval fey and demons and witches and stuff, and I've been eating through books and webcomics with them in the story. ^^ I'll look out for it.

Like, a tiny thousand word story ... but I hope it turns out good. >.>;; I have had lamentably little exposure to fae so am basically just making it up as I go along ... which has worked so far, so ... xD

^__^ Length means nothing when compared to the quality of the writing. Also, it doesn't matter too much if you don't know much about the topic; it's much more interesting to read original work. ^^

Quality of the writing. Mm.
Considering that thus far, in a coffee shop semi-brawl, one person has hit the other person over the head ...
With a fish ...
I worry. xD

Well... you can't say it isn't original. ^^
Seriously, though, I love your writing style.

One immature, fire obsessed character to another. ^____^

Aye!
I don't really have an equivalent NaKaranth though. xD

I like the picture. I believe your skill in drawing is equal to mine, or better.
Do you ever have a hard time reading your own handwriting?

Thank you! ^_^ High praise!
Occasionally ... if I wrote for several pages, or if it was like the time I got irritated in Science and scribbled all my work in illegible linked writing. But mostly, surprisingly, I can read my (very poor) handwriting fairly well.
Of course, the bad handwriting thing is probably a contributing factor of why I mainly write on the computer. xD;

My writing is really horrible unless I'm careful, then it's like... a work of art.
I'm so glad I switched to cursive writing for when I wrote Linda's Chronicles on lined paper, because if I didn't, I'd never know what I wrote. And there is no way for me to memorize 369.08 pages of writing. (I don't know if I used up exactly .08 of a page writing "she will rest now" and "the end" on that last page, but it's a guesstimate.)
Phew, I'm glad I finished transferring the handwriting to the computer. I may never again write a book on notebook paper... *shudders*

Notebook paper? Ouch. That's ... that's almost as bad as writing a book on a cellphone. xD But still, I guess for convenience and such, it's a decent medium.
*clings to Word* >.>;

I love Microsoft Word, but unlike OpenOffice, it costs money. So my brother got OpenOffice and it stinks...
I feel like we've already had a conversation about Microsoft Word and OpenOffice.
Do you think we've already had this conversation? *wow that word takes a lot of energy to type*

I don't think we have ... but we might as well now! : D
I think our computer came with Microsoft or we bought it straight away or something ... and a family friend is a computer geek, as is my brother, so somehow our computer hasn't asploded from using Microsoft yet. xD
OpenOffice is what I use on my other computer ... I think I only wrote one thing on it, then reverted to Notepad. x3 Possibly two actually ... it's not too bad, but I can't really get used to it. You have my sympathies.

Ugh. Yes. Old Microsoft is the bane of computing existence.
In IMA, which I only did for a term, I was taught how to touch-type, or at least the correct way of doing so ... now I use a mixture between that and my old method, developed after years of forums and guilds. xD
Fast, skilled typing is definitely an asset to a writer. xD
