The eyes are a bit too large. Typically with a more stylized piece larger eyes are fine, but she has a really strong sense of proportion and it doesn't make sense here. I love the composition. I think trying to simplify her face a bit would make for a more rounded piece or creating more details in her clothes or perhaps a hint more color in the background for balance. Size variety in the dots might be interesting; i like how you've used them as a texture. The red hot light on her face is nice too! I didn't even notice it till my third glance.
