Yeah, recently I've realized that my 'cartoon' style has been shot to hell, so I've decided to screw realism for a while and focus on a more exaggerated style. I'm glad you like it

HAH. you caught me. Yeah, I jump and jump and jump fandoms. It's a curse XD (I still love my old fandoms! I just... get caught up in the moment! XDD;;; )
Actually, I inked this in PSP with the tablet, in black set at 64% opacity. Then I took it into Illustrator and did a "Live Trace" b/w - basically where Illustrator traces it for you. Doesn't work on complex stuff too well, but it made the lineart look really neat.

Agh, really? O_O That's pretty neat... it makes sense now. Hm, I might have to actually install Illustrator some time, just to see what I'm missing at the very least.

Illustrator is worth every single dollar I didn't pay for it. Trust me, it'll cut your vector time in HALF, and there's so much awesome you can do with it. Mostly the shortcut keys and the pathfinders. Pathfinders are amazing.
I think CS2 is the only one with LiveTrace on it, though.

This is really, really good. The colors, lines, and perspectives are very good!
