I agree, Native American spiritual creatures (aside from random animals and the Wendigo) don't get much press time. Such a shame.

trying to get 6 done by january i think... but we did a lot of research over the summer. I already have a good 150 pages of drawings and concepts from that. We're also coming in on Saturdays. I think he said that having 2 projects fully done each month should give us good time.
Unfortunately my first project has to do with photography, so I can't really finish it until the photog teacher brings in his equipment. >.<

The project was basically, 'something with multiple layers.' But almost everyone else seemed to be doing collages so I guess I ended up doing more work than necessary... :'D

I recommend using natural lighting during the day. That's how I get my photos.

Thats really cool, what type of media did you use? kind of looks like water colour and pencil crayons with pencil outlines but then the lines are to exact and bright for watercolour, did you put waxx on the page or cut out paper on top?

Thank you ^^ I used just watercolor for this one, other than for the sketch. The white parts were cut out from a separate sheet and glued on top
