My half of the Darren Shan art trade I'm doing with the lovely and talented !! I can't wait to see the other half, heheh!

I never did decide what color Darren and Mr. Crepsley's socks are... guess they're white! XD

Fiddling with colors in photoshop is so fun...! I don't have to lament my scanner's degrading capabilities anymore! <3 (Though I do love ya, scanner, no offense meant. You've stuck by me all this while!)

To tell the truth, I really regretted trying to draw all of Evra's scales... I think it was probably a mistake... But I feel a little better about them now, after I tried to lighten them a bit. I wish I had done them in pencil, or not done them in all! Sorry if I ruined your favorite character, Faqy! :A; I feel like I kinda screwed up Darren's hair, too, near the end there... and Evra's head is huge. D: Eyaagh, well, I did my best!! *hides face*

I didn't realize it at the time, but I think I may have been subconciously inspired by this piece [link] when I was doing the sky. XD I rather forgot how to crosshatch, haha. I really like how the background turned out! I like this whole idea, in fact.
