The arcade version hasn't ever been ported to a home console to my knowledge.
I can't imagine an original cabinet is that easy to find either.

Most people I talk with at arcade shows simply tend to hate that there's no jump button, relegating jump to joystick up instead. I don't understand the complaining myself.

People similarly complain about the arcade cabinet of Pac-Land, which uses buttons for moving Pac-Man left and right instead of a joystick. Besides, it wouldn't be that hard to rewire the jump function to a button.
