I know I said I was going to draw Montmorency, but I took a detour! Anybody read Dresden files? I found this part in Blood Rites really amusing... and the green glasses!"Thomas! Start the freaking car!!!"
hahaha. Memory's fuzzy about this scene so if there's anything off, I can't be bothered to change it. I am reading Dead Beat (book 7?) right now, it's hilarious... and full of zombies... fun!
Reference used. I have no idea how to draw cars (obviously got lazy drawing it. lol). > .<; That's Harry's beat-up beetle by the way.
I also played around with some funky photoshop filters because it looks purdy and I suck. D:

I love good 'ol Harry Dresden...however, since I listened to the audio book and they were narrated by James Marsters, I can't help but picture HIM in the role. This is really adorable though and I do know the scene you are talking about. My favorite would be in Fool Moon when he launches himself out of a moving vehicle...crazy man!

That's a really good pic of Harry's brother, Thomas. He looks so cute in this. I just started reading The Dresden Files myself because someone here on DA compared Nick Cage's character, Balthazar Blake, from The Sorcerer's Apprentice.

It's so good to see some Dresden Files fanart up, it's rare to see these days. <3 I put down the book series for a little while, but now I'm in the middle of White Night, which from what I can see is the last of the books out at the moment. Wonderful though, especially because Thomas plays some good roles in it.

After White Night there's Small Favor then Turn Coat and then Changes which came out a few months ago. There's usually one novel a year. A set of short stories comes out next month called side Jobs and after that the next novel is Ghost story coming out next spring. I should warn you, Changes ends on a cliffhanger. And something bad happens to poor Thomas in Turn Coat. Hopefully he'll be all right. I'd love for him to end up with Michael's sword (Michael retires in Small Favor, I won't tell you the details in you don't want spoilers).

Thomas Raith is an incubus from The Dresden Files novels. He turns out to be the wizard hero's long lost half brother. His father is the king of the Incubi (The White Court) and his mother was a powerful witch. To avoid hurting people Thomas discovered that some people feel intimacy when their hair is washed so he became a hair dresser, taking tiny sips of life energy from his customers. He also has very eccentric tastes in fashion. His first appearance is in the third Dresden Files novel, Grave Peril, where he appears at a masquerade ball dressed as a loincloth wearing pixie in butterfly wings. In the sixth Dresden Files novel it's revealed he's the hero's long lost half brother. He appears in almost all the novels after that and even gets his own novella called Backup.
