Description Hook was a great movie and you know it. And Dustin Hoffman rocked my socks as Captain Hook. Definitely one of his best performances ever.

I have seen "Hook" on VHS when I was a kid and RobinΒ Williams's performances as Peter Pan isΒ terrific and outstanding!! Although Dustin Hoffman is the best Captain Hook did well too. By the way I love your wonderful drawing.

as much of a disney man as i am, this version of hook will always be my favorite. so many great memories from that wonderful movie.

plus, this one won't be bastardised into a stupid kids show like the disney one.

I'm not a specialist about Hoffman's filmography, but yes, his Hook was great ! And we totally see how much he enjoys it . ^^
When I was a kid, his Captain Hook was for me the only good thing about the movie (I couldn't stand Robin Williams as a grown-up Peter Pan, and I still barely can today) . Now, today, I feel a little more sceptical : I mean, back at the time, I didn't know who was Dustin Hoffman , and we I heard that he was the guy who played "Little Big Man", I was like..."meh". Hoffman 's performance was great, but I can hardly imagine a little pump guy playing Captain Hook . To me, Captain Hook is thin man, who's AT LEAST 5,11 feet tall . But I'm nitpicking about that .
The real thing that disturbed me as a child was the fact he was wearing a WIG !! Oh my god, what a shock ! I really hope it's just about Hoffman's version .

Now about your drawing itself , it's pretty cool too . I like you angular style, it makes the character very dynamic, and even more dignified . My advice would that you should try coloring on computer, to makes it more impressive .

The only reason he was wearing a wig was because his character was now older. Back then when the original story took place he probably had real hair.

same! I think he always feels lonely. I mean he did try and kill himself and i don't think he would have done that if he had family that care for him And when Maggie sings, he nearly tears up and i was just like "AWWWWWW!" and he did fight for jack near the end(which was cute). I know he brainwashed Jack to get to Peter but i think you could see Hooks affection for Jack. I don't know whether he did actually want Jack as a son, but i think he did. When Jack says "I wanna go home" Hook says "What are you talking about you ARE home" and i think he probably did want a son But thats my opinion! Anyway GREAT WORK Rinkusu001 Its so awesomelly drawn!!!

I agree with you on the "No, Smee. little children love me" line. I was just like "COURSE THEY DO YOU FOOL!" XD

Oh I absolutely love Hook's expression when he hears Maggie sing. And that scene between him and Jack in the clock museum... oh my heartstrings! I think Hook really gave a more in-depth look at Hook's character.

OMG same, he looks so sweet! The scene in the clock museum really did pull at the heartstrings [link] Hook seemed to really show affection in the scene, its hard to tell whether Hook was just putting it on or really felt the hurt that Jack had. i agree, even though he had a lot of hatred for Peter, "Hook" really looked into the character more than any other Peter Pan films
