Professor Ratigan is one of the best villains to have ever come out of Disney. Don't agree? SHAME ON YOU.For Ratigan's human form, I really wanted to capture the essence of Vincent Price, since the character design was based off him. I always pictured him that pencil mustache, too. And sideburns.
I'm also a huge Vincent Price fan. The man was a genius and thre will never be another like him. As it turns out, Professor Ratigan was Vincent Price's favorite out of all his roles. Mine too.
