nice pixel art! (I have a thing for these kinda stuff since 2D fighting games are my thing).
did you draw it pixel by pixel? Or rather using just a 1by1 pixel brush creating the curves and cleaning it up?

haha, thankies~
i draw the linds with the tablet so the lines r just pixel brush, but i adjust them and stuff and i do reach pixel by pixel work when i work on the details..(even the pins on the dart board r shaded!!) and i sorta understand that 1 pixel can change the whole look of the drawing. so i work lots on getting exactly what i want pixel by pixel D=
