I believe in the snow, because I can feel it crunching beneath my feet, and
the spring is just as real as it washes away fields of white to make room for the budding flowers and grasses hidden beneath. But I'm as uncertain as Heisenberg when it comes to my own reality, especially when I'm standing next to you.

I believe in the wind, because I can feel it
against my cheek, with
a gentle caress accompanied by the scent of my favorite
cologne of yours, and gravity suddenly ceases to hold
me to the ground.
I feel as if I could fly whenever I'm with you.

I believe in space and stars and other worlds,
Because I can feel them
holding us together in a universal embrace.
The wonders of heaven fill my heart and I have forgotten my loneliness somewhere behind us in the last dark spot of the sky.
This is the perfect sunrise.

I believe in love, the everlasting kind
Because I know what my heart is saying
As it flutters when you're near.
I feel it with your touch, your kiss
In your words and eyes.
I'm ready to spend forever with you by my side.

I believe in eternity,
Because everything in this world breaks without love,
like the most brittle glass, dashed to sand,
and carried away on the wind,
and someday the wind will come for us too,
and we will fade till only our love remains.

I believe in heaven
Because in the starry sky
Exists a place of pure elation
Where time can't pass us by.
And when our time on earth is done
And we've lived our two lives through,
We'll have our ever after, together me and you.
