A Screech Owl named Elsa at the Raptor Rehabilitaton Center. What you don't see is the mouse she has in her talons... it was dinner time.
Buy a print or a download and all the money goes to the Raptor Center for the care of the brids.

what a beautiful little screech!!! If i had the money i would defiantly buy a print of this little one! Ever since Avon came in to Second Chance Wildlife Rehabilitation i've been completely in love with screech owls, although i do quiet adore great horned owls as well!

I believe owls are as smart as any raptor. To think that they are smarter or wiser without any supporting evidence would be irrational.
