Loud and Annoying.

Juuzo is a very hard-headed and determined guy, if he puts something in his head, no one stop him from getting that something done. Even being stubborn and focused, he is still a really good teammate, always putting the safety of his allies before his own. Arakawa has a feeling of duty of protecting the people around him, a responsibility that burdens him deeply sometimes, which is why he tries to hide it by often joking and fooling around.
Whenever he's at ease and chilling, Juuzo is always with his head above the clouds, daydreaming and coming up with tattoo designs, or spending time with the ones he already owns. He's really proud of his art skills and his tattoos, and won't think twice before arguing and maybe losing his cool if someone talks shit about them.

Overall, Arakawa is a spirited and loud, yet rather friendly person who gets along with those who can deal with his teasing and his jokes.

B I O G R A P H YJuuzo was born in an artistic family in Kyoto, with his father being a painter and her mother a musician. Since an early age, Juuzo had all sorts of art influence because of his parents, and picked up a taste for drawing and music very quickly. He learned to play the acoustic guitar with his mother, and started progressing his art by watching his dad painting.
Juuzo grew up with his childhood friend and neighbor, Rae. They were inseparable and grew up as almost siblings,since their families were also really good friends. Rae and Arakawa did everything together, they played, studied and got in trouble all the time. She would also often let Juuzo draw bunnies and skulls on her arms.
When his quirk manifested, Juuzo began suffering some discrimination by other kids and parents because of his tattoos. A children with those was really uncommon and weird, and because of that he'd always get into fights with the kids who made fun of his markings. That didn't phase him though, the already adventurous kid didn't care about what other people thought about him, because of his tattoos and his childhood friend, he didn't feel so alone.

As he grew older, Juuzo started being more sociable and began to be accepted around other kids, but bullying still happened rather frequently. All his other classmates of his age all shared the same dreams, to be heroes, but Juuzo didn't quite fit in, he didn't know what he wanted for his future. It was then that a big turning point happened in his life, her mother got really sick for a while and he practically lived in the hospital to make her company. During that time, Juuzo would play her songs in the guitar, draw for her and just overall be there for her, and that made her really happy. One day after he got really hurt in a fight because of his tattoos and went running to visit his mom at the hospital. After so much time bottling up his sadness, his loneliness, it exploded. He couldn't stop crying at his mother's side,as much as he acted like he didn't care, Juuzo really felt alone. His mother then said, as she wiped off his tears; "Juu,be proud! You are not alone, you are blessed.You have your whole imagination to bring to life, that is your freedom, you must use your art to brighten up the world, that's our duty as artists." His mother would soon after get better and leave the hospital.

Those words hit him right where it should. He didn't have to try to fit in and be something he wasn't, he could be anything he wanted. That freedom was power, and that power was responsibility,a responsibility which would then lead him to studying hard to get into U.A, so he could become an evacuation hero, to keep the freedom of others, as well as his own.

Juuzo dug his head in the books for months, studying all day and night, thanks to Rae's energy boost. His hard efforts paid off, and he got accepted at U.A.
The entrance exam was difficult, but the hardest was yet to come. His first 2 years at U.A were hellish, not because of the classes or tests, but because Juuzo knew his wide quirk potential meant he would have to work twice as much to use it to its full potential, training both his body and mind intensively.

Arakawa is at his third year now and he's ready

◇ Name Live Ink
Description: Live Ink allows the user to tattoo its own body with an organically made ink. Live Ink tattoos can come to life for a short period of time, being that from 1 to 20 minutes, depending on the tattoo and the size of it. When the time limit is up, the tattoo will go back to the body or transform into another tattoo and will be put on a cooldown.

Live Ink tattoos when activated, will come to life and solidify into a Ink-Like substance, as hard as metal. The space it occupies in the body and level of detail of the tattoo correlates to its strenght, so the bigger and more complex the tattoo is, the stronger it is.
The user is able to control the tattoos with his thoughts if desired, almost like controlling another body, which at the start, caused a lot of mental fatigue and stress. With training, Juuzo got used to giving them orders them without putting much restraint on his mind.
Juuzo's tattoos range from animals and creatures, to inanimated objects and other things, but isn't able to bring out anything bigger than a Rhino.

1-Tengu(Back): A tattoo that is a mistery and its Juuzo's last resource,no one knows what it actually is, as Juuzo has a layer of ink on top of it. The Tengu is a really powerful and fast attack unit.
2-Shinigami(Chest):A powerful and swift skeleton who wields a large and sharp scythe,deadly destructive power. Juuzo's trump card against powerful opponents.
3-Tiger(Left forearm):Toru - A big tiger with sharp claws, good offensive power and mobility. One of Juuzo's primary tattoos, good for all situations.
4-Rhino(Left shoulder):Gou -A very large Rhinoceros with a sturdy and resistant body. Really strong charge attacks. One of Juuzo's primary tattoos, good for protecting and breaking things.
5-Crow(Left arm):Sho -A large Crow, very fast way of mobility with big piercing claws. One of Juuzo's primary tattoos, good for mobility.
6-Dog(Right feet):Maru -A black dog that has a strong bite and a good nose for tracking people or things.
7-Weaponry(Right forearm): Tattooed weapons which consists of two scythes, two swords, a spear, a shield and a chain.
8-Skeleton Swarm(Right arm):Can summon up to 20 skeletons, they are rather weak individually, but comes in big numbers and are great helpers.
9-Maelstrom(Right shoulder):Can summon an Ink maelstrom by touching any solid surface. The maelstrom is good to buy some time and slow down enemies.

Max time limit of tattoos during combat and their cooldowns:
1- 10 seconds(3 days CD+Drawbacks)   4-10 minutes(10 minutes CD) 7- 30 minutes (5 minutes CD)
2- 1 minute(10 minutes CD)   5-15 minutes(5 minutes CD)   8-10 minutes (10 minutes CD)

After reaching the time limit, the tattoo will either dissolve or swap with another tattoo and enter cooldown.
Drawbacks:
-Activating more than 1 Live Ink tattoo during combat will cause extreme muscular pain, mental fatigue and fast energy consumption.
-Prolonged use (More than 2 minutes) of multiple Live Ink tattoos will cause external bleeding and the ink will start to burn the skin of the user, as well as temporary vision loss which will cause tattoos to go berserk.
