Maximus Octakamp Rohrtranov was the Czar of Czardom of Ørdortzka during 1769 till 1818 when he died with 61 years old. He was born on Krigueterv 26, 1757 and died on Noktaterv 31, 1818.
With 12 years old he became the Czar and Autrocrat of all Ørdotzkan People. He had a very tedious view of politics, and spent time visiting military camps, practicing shooting and hunting animals. The last 10 years of his reign before the Great War was marked by the military significant advance -but not reaching the level of powers of the time-, since Ørdortzka had a very obsolete military with regular tactics that used line formation and weapons with a single shot. During the Great War he used to lead the Czar Guard -a Brigade-Like unit with special uniforms and training- during battles in the Front Line against Koronevo. He was wounded by an artillery shot while playing with his dog in a trench, eventually died on the local. Both he and the dog were martyred in the papers and propaganda, who spoke both had died in a great battle at the front. His son, Invictus Nonakamp Rohrtranov assumed as Czar Invictus I after his death.
