She looks so strong-willed, alert and intelligent - I can really believe this is Galadriel, Nerwen, man-maiden. And the first picture I've seen that illustrates her with her hair "bound up...as a crown". It looks great (yes, a lot like Ukrainian crown braid, but also elvish enough!)
The hand holding the spear shaft is so beautifully rendered.

You know what you're right, with the exception of Finarfin who never died nor left the land of Aman. But in Middle Earth she definitely is the last of the House of finwe. Although one could say did Arwen and her brothers are distantly related to finwe as well.
