I don't think they're stuck up. As someone who can't reply to every comment, I know what it feels like to be so busy, taking time to reply to any comment seems like a huge undertaking.

I'm not at all famous when it comes to the entirety of deviantart. People who have thousands upon thousands of followers/watchers probably don't have the time to reply, even if they want to.

You don't have to believe me, but I'm sure that those who seem stuck up are simply busy and can't take time to respond.
