A scene from my story Scarlet River!
Riverpaw was having a bit of a hard time, but with some comforting words from her mentor, Ashheart (not in the pic), she is able to finally put her mother to rest.
Page: Scarlet River P96 Riverpaw couldn’t bear it. Turning, she fled to the tunnel, all the while choking on the lump in her throat. It’s not her, it’s not her. She chanted to herself, but the image of Shard…no, Windspeaker, sitting in the den could not be wiped from her mind.
Ashheart followed her as she quickly scrabbled through the tunnel.
“Riverpaw, wait!” he called.
When she emerged, pushing past the bush, the brisk wind caught her pelt and she gasped, breathing in the cool, moist air. Without realizing, tears were streaming down her face and she sobbed quietly. It’s not her… Riverpaw tried to convince herself. Cloud warned me. It’s not her… She thought, but tears continued to drop to the rocky floor.
Ashheart emerged and stood beside her,
“Riverpaw you can’t just run off like that!” He said ste

This part made me so sad because it made me realize that even my mom is eventually going to die, and there is absolutely nothing that I can do about it... Yet I know that she'll never leave me, so that made me feel a little bit better...

I got a request Draw these guys (there my characters and plus I was gonna make this a commission but then when I saw the price/da points i Changed it so yeah) Characters are: Icefang: white grey black calico (she's mine so yeah)with greeen eyes Dawnstar: Black and white she cat with green eyes (because she is Icefangs sis ) Snowpaw: Snow White he cat with blue and green eyes Deeplake: calico she cat with orange eyes (she sorta looks like riverpaws mum) and darkheart and fireclaw: Bright ginger he cat with jet black paws and (darkheart) grey she cat with Black stripes and a white under belly (she's fire claws mate) story: fireclaw and darkheart are out for a walk while all the others are watching them from trees sadly (because dark and fireclaws son (echo paw) died from a badger so those 2 only have three kits but they didn't know but dawnstar and the ones in the trees did) done
