Description Philadelphia & Western Railroad → Philadelphia Suburban Transportation Company / Red Arrow Lines → SEPTA third-rail interurban car № 46 (St. Louis Car Company, 1907) is the oldest preserved P&W car and a fine representative of the early 20th-century electric railroad.  After conversion to work car 446 in 1928, it continued running until 1976 and entered preservation, recovering its original appearance including stained-glass windows.  Since 1999, it has been displayed at the Electric City Trolley Museum in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
