Edit 2: tada~ If you notice I drew the rest of her. It may be off a bit since I kinda merge the layers together before doing this. Guess it looks okay. /edit 2Edit: changed the background that came with photoshop. /edit

Sketched first then I lined and color in photoshop. Took about 3 hours.
I don't know if I like the background.

But why is her body cut off? The picture will do that for you so it's better when the coloration doesn't stop before the border.

I should have draw more of it before I colored. I already merged the color layers together though. I don't really know if I do more will it look alright or off. I could try to draw more of her body and see. Just the color may be off or something. But, I'll try it.
