The first scene has Traxx as a deputy in another town and a pair of criminals take over a pet shop after shooting an old lady and a puppy.  He breaks in shoots one of the criminals, and when the other says he gives up Traxx throws him a gun and says "The Hell You Do" and then beats him to the draw.  The Sheriff tells Traxx "Criminals have rights even if they shoot an Old Lady and a Puppy."  Traxx quits after saying "I'd like to hear that from the Puppy's family."
