This is one of my most elaborate pieces. It took me two weeks to make.The choker is made from old Turkoman bits of jewelry, silver metal beds, velvet, elastic and suede for the ties.
Each silver bead you see there had to be oxidized to match the look of the older pieces. To do this I used bleach and baked them in the oven. The whole piece is backed onto a piece of velvet so that it is comfortable to wear.
The piece is actually pretty heavy!

Ha ha yes! I love to make jewelry also. I haven't really posted up much here lately. I just make it for fun... usually during mixing or mastering or in between takes. It calms me and focuses me somehow
