It actually means two things. First, The Los Angeles BB Murder Case, the name given to his crimes by the police department of LA. B purposely chose LA to commit his murders because he had hoped the case would get named something like that so that the abbreviation LABB could also stand for L and BB, standing for the showdown between he and L as he tried his best to create a case that even the great L could never solve.
