Once upon a darkness deathly, I sit bleeding on my study floor,
Unable to find a reclusive answer, after an evening of disaster, and hold no hope to carry on furthermore...
I am Raphael Valentine December and would certainly rather die right now then wait any longer for the fate that can change my damned city, well listen to me using that kind of language as if this wasn't serious enough as it is! I was sent into this world for a scared mission I can't even remember all the details to, and how do I end up?! Orphaned child of the richest people on the planet in the city sitting over the liege lines of the master hellgate on earth! I can feel it reaching out to every sinful mind from here as though I was right above it! So what do I do?! How do I fight it's influence?! Perhaps I must frighten those susceptible to its voice. Cowardice is second nature to every given being on this world who thinks those ten commandments are up to ignorance and interpretation. But how could a healer under the sun possibly frighten these who bring harm to others?! Maybe, just maybe I need to veil myself as a vigilant shadow of the night........

Pretty cool design! I really like his secret identity name, and I think the religious-tone of the story really makes it unique from what Batman as we know! Keep it up!

Part of what I'm doing here is removing the disguise that Batman never had any supernatural nature to the story at all! There have been tons of Vampire Batmen, Demon Batman, and even Frankenstein Creature Batman! I wanted something new and different with the virtue of never being tried! In these dimensions where this version of the world's greatest detective resides, he is the literal other hand of God!If the Spectre is the hand of God's Vengeance, them this version of Batman is the Hand of God's Justice, a divine avatar of holy terror and merciful justice among all living beings that inhabit his world! And once you get past him, all the other enemies and allies are also tainted with supernatural or mythological addition to their nature! For two examples right off the bat, pun fully intended, the Green Arrow is a member of mythology's greatest possible archers the Elves, and at least one version of the Joker applies Smylex Chemical to his Vampire Teeth meaning you die with an undead smile! But the cool scope of what we're planning doesn't stop there! As I told you earlier we're pitching this to the Amalgam Comics Division co-owned by DC and Marvel, which means we can use characters from both continuites for our work! We're also going to revive the old Earth One, Earth Two Concept but instead they're called Earth 0 and Earth 371 which in both dimensions there is a combined hero team carrying members from what was previously separate in DC and Marvel!
There is no Justice League,
There is no Avengers,
There is no Justice Society,
There is Justice Legion A!
There is Infinite Gamer!
By the way, we have two more Batman designs which we will be making later this very month, bringing us up to a factor of eleven or twelve of these members of the lineage at this point!
