Yay, you resubmitted! There is so much detailing in this that my eyes are drawn everywhere. It is very impressive. What I especially like about this is the brightness and contrast. The faint blue really makes the drawing pop. Sometimes it looks blue and sometimes grey. I think it is a great added detail that makes it much more interesting and pleasing to the eye. I love it.
