Although I don't generally go for Phantom pieces that are based on the 2004 film, your work proves to be a much-admired exception. While most other pieces of the film I've seen are primarily direct ripoffs of publicity shots or pinup images of a bare-chested 'Gerik', this piece has a great deal of atmosphere, beautiful coloring. Very original and eye-catching! Great job!

Thanks! I am more of a fan of the Original Broadway show but my wife and I had just seen the movie when I started working on this. I had the movie on the brain and did like the look of the film a lot so I went with that. I wasn't trying to capture the actors exactly but more use their essence I suppose.

I did get that vibe from the work, that is, that you weren't doing picture perfect portraits of Gerard Butler and Emmy Rossum. The spirit of the story is definitely there. Again, well done!
