ok so yeah it is Misty after she has left but she has faith in Ash and Hers relationship because they ARE DESTINED FOR EACH OTHER!!!

And yeah i know she has Ash's hat, i read in a bunch of fanfics that he gives it to her and i thought that would make it a little bit cuter if he had and she was wearing it ^^ (sidewayz of course so she can still keep her side pony-tail )
Anyways i know i completely fail with her outlines, but the scanner didn't scan it too well and then i just decided to color it in to make it look a little better on Photoshop (once again the shining thingies i am obsessed with lol) i am still learnin so sorry for the still lack of skill
