A basic tutorial I'm creating to help Tang with her painting. Yes.This is a panel from my Versus Goth Girls comic.
NOTE: If you're getting ugly chunky lines with the darker bits, lower the opacity, until it blends better. You want it to blend, but also want it to be defined enough that it stands out. You may have to fiddle with it a little.

Ahhh, so you don't paint everything on one layer like a real canvas 
Oh also, do you make the opacity of the brush variable with pen pressure?

Usually, I just use pen pressure for size and thickness of my lines.

The technique is just really simple.
When I figured it out, I literally facepalmed and was like WHAT. Cause I had been trying for years to do it, and then it's like Oh. THats it. Really? -_-;;
