Description
Originally a robot designed to clean up and transport dangerous chemicals, Caustic Man was stolen by Dr. Wily and modified for combat, becoming yet another member of Dr. Wily's growing army. His Special Weapon is the Caustic Spray, a highly toxic chemical fired from either of his Busters that can deal out plenty of damage to its target. He can also combine the power of both Busters to release a power toxic blast at his opponents, making him a force to be reckoned with. Caustic Man actually didn't like his old job, seeing himself as more of a glorified janitor than anything else. He was programmed with a knowledge of chemistry, but that was never really used until he came under Wily's command. Fittingly, he possesses a somewhat toxic personality, often insulting both his allies and his enemies. He's even picked fights with the other robots under Wily's command for no reason other than he wanted to. Caustic Man thinks Toad Man is wasting his acid rain abilities by fighting Wily rather than serving him, which has caused the two to become rivals to one another.
