He's no action figure, that much is obvious. But he does have the drooling action so maybe we can slightly push him into the catagory of action figure, and like you pointed out he has super sitting action.

Is that an action figure? Cause at first glance I thought that was a screenshot from a Star Wars movie. I'm not into Star Wars very much so I would think of something like that. Good picture though, very good detail.
