I knew that the weather was going to be exactly the same.
That meant some really great early morning mist and bright sunlight later on.
So I tried to convince my new wife that getting up at 5a.m. on a Sunday, going up to Blackheath and Greenwich Park and wandering around in her wedding dress with no shoes on in the very cold early morning dew was a good idea.
She went for it.
I bought her a nice breakfast afterwards (I'm not all bad) and, after she'd had a nap and warmed up a bit, she agreed it was all worth it.
