In the library select the bitmap and open it's properties. turn on smoothing.That is all.

Kinda messes up the blur effect, but a nothing a few adjustments can't fix.

I could use a Flash class or five. I'm still trying to learn more on my own, but I'm still having a rough time understanding the scripting part. Also the new motion curve editor feels kind of wonky to me compared to curve editors in other programs.
