HelioSeven might be right but I don't think its the texture or anything. I think its the guy posing on the left. The pose is... something not expected to be seen in ODST. XD

I had to find some way to show off the backpack in a bit of a humorous light x3

I didn't model this exactly, I found a part of it at Halomaps.org and the other at facepunch forums.

I dunno, something just looks... off about it. I don't think it has anything to do with the textures, I think it has to do with some combination of the model, smoothing, and/or the bump.
Heavier detail bump would probably help, and I think you could get around futzing with smoothing groups by just modifying the bump some, dunno... if I had to make a guess, I'd say that it's the bump which is the part of this that I'm not liking.
The rest of it looks pretty damn good. Nice work.

I know there isn't something very kosher about it too, Working with the bump is quite difficult, It was easier when I had crazybump xP

Don't even know what crazybump is.
Are you working greyscale or normals? If you're working greyscale, I would recommend the Nvidia Normal Map Filter plug-in for PS or the open-source counterpart for GIMP, which will open and save .dds files, convert greyscale bumps to normal bumps, even vice versa, as well as a lot of other things.
PS plug-in:

GIMP plug-in:

There are several advantages to normals maps, most notably control over the third rotation axis for per pixel normals, and a greater level of detail due to the inherent per pixel control that greyscale does not offer.
Additionally, I would try really deepening the bump, either by turning up the bump level in your 3D program or by lowering the z threshold during normal map creation. If you deepen the bump, though, be prepared to work the detail bump in as well.

I know what the plugin is, I am using both greyscale and normal maps, either looks ugly without the other.

Yeah, this is why I like to do the bump before any other part of the material. That way you can get the model looking geometrically perfect in greyscale before you add any texture to it.
But that's just me. I'll show you what I'm talking about with the next couple deviations I'm going to be uploading.
