Description
A copy of zagortenay333's version the Zukitwo theme (original by lassekongo83 ). I deleted some lines in the codeΒ to make the panel completely transparent.
Doesn't look great on a white background (no shit sherlock).
Tested on cinnamon 2.4.

In cinnamon.css:
remove background-color, background-image, background-gradient-start,... in #panel , .panel-bottom and .panel-top.
