thank you!! I don't do anything, I just try to take a picture of it in good lighting, but besides that they're usually as they look irlΒ

Ok, I'm very impressed. Your own artstyle, got the shading down (thus giving it depth), a nice looking expression on her face, and a good pose (simple can be the best sometimes). While I am normally one with a bias against hand drawn art on Deviantart, this is actually good. Keep it up, and you might be good enough to start doing commissions even.
