Cue Cass being really uncomfortable and kind of useless.
In reality, supersonic was really useful for training Rocky. When the pokemon hurt themselves, it was way more useful than just using leech life continuously.
In this story, Sprout Tower is one temple connected to a Buddhist-like philosophy that originated in Johto. The Brass and Tin towers are also linked to it, but aimed more at the connection to the greater spirits. Sprout Tower is dedicated to being grounded and part of the world.
