I think his moves would be-
Special Standard: Eye beam - fires red lasers from his eyes (if you charge it floating eyballs come and also fire beams).
Special Up: Dark winds - rises up in the air with a fierce dark-colored wind following.
Special Side: Petrifier - sends a beam from his hands that may temporarily change who it hits into stone.
Special Down: Dark cyclone: Dark orbs spin around him that deflect any attack and damages on contact.
Final Smash: Vaati Demon - He changes into that giant orb with a menacing eyeball (which is the form he first appeared in his first game) and he creates a shadowy cyclone that knocks out anyone unlucky enough to be in it.
Sorry if this is a little much but I just love to make up Smash moves for many characters and not just Nintendo and videogames.

That meme is only for original characters that were created by you. Besides I don't really have a template so I couldn't do it anyways. Don't you think I came up awesome moves though? Why don't you do one for one of your characters.
