the first part of the road to the mango elite four!victor's field is a vast, seemingly-quiet terrain, but it actually hides some extremely dangerous pokemon!
here are a few:
★ suflipplex - hidden strength pokemon
fighting type
★ stug - misleading pokemon
bug/dark type
★ heatmild - baby flame pokemon
fire type
★tanukidd - trickster spirit pokemon
ghost type
★heafro - smoke pokemon
poison/fire type

Is that a Mario reference with Tanukid? I understand it's based on the real life animal but there looks to be the power up leaf on it's head and the outfit is the same

call it an homage? it's also kind of based on the japanese myths that surround tanunkis (their ability to transform into other things and the fact that they are tricksters!)

A Tanuki is a Japanese racoon-type creature that is often depicted ith a leaf on its head - that's why in Mario, with the Tanuki suit, you pick up a leaf to change
