You have a great style and a flare for manipulation, this is beautiful.

thankyou kindly for the compliment on this one, i had the idea while on a train - i saw someone with an oriental lady on a teeshirt and thought it would be something to experiment with in fractal manipulation form Β but i wanted something less serious and more cute so i got out a notepad and doodled - my little 20 second (if that) sketch then developed into this piece ( and its subsequent variants as i found it worked so well in all the colours it was tricky to choose just one haha)

You are most welcome, I love the Japanese culture and it is a fascinating subject for artworks of all styles

I am simply amazed at how you make things all come together in a cohesive and beautiful finished piece.

i have a love for oriental things also, ever since at the age of 5 i discovered origami - i used to love to paperfold
i know from these cute manipulations i developed some more complex ones that look a little less cute and a little more sophisticated , one day i have told myself i shall take screenshots - step by step development of one of my images but i always get so wrapped up in creating i forget to do it

thankyou for the compliment it was going to be one piece but my usual inability to decided on a colour stepped in and one became five

trust me i am far from amazing i'm just delighted you like them so much at present i'm just trying out some of these on cards - i originally just made the one of these but i hit my usual dilemma of ' i don't know which colour to choose for this!!' so it ended up as a series of 5

my usual dilemma of 'gem cannot decide on what colour she likes best for this' struck and what was going to be one piece sort of became 5 and trust me it was hassle enough to narrrow it down to 5 choices of colour - i have tried these out as some mini prints for my exhibition now and chances are i shall be trying them out on cards as well (they're in line to be printed now just waiting to see how they tun out )
