Archie comics exclusive characters done in Ruby Spears style. I know that these two would've have NO chance of appearing in the series (as they were made YEARS after), but I kinda wanted to take a swig at it anyway. I sorta 'anime'-ed Tempo's casual outfit into more of a sailor fufu as (to me at least) Dr. LaLinde looks to be Asian.
For the story of these two, I'd imagine Tempo as having something of a situation the same in her comics counterpart: her 'emotions' were taken out of her yet recently put back in, yet Dr. LaLinde would keep it a secret until she felt it right to tell her properly (as she suffers extreme guilt for doing so). Of course, they meet Mega Man, Tempo takes a shine to him, and is ordered to keep her under his watch at all times for unknown reasons. There's talk of a 'secret' weapon being brought from Japan in the form of an ordinary robot, and it's likely Dr. Wily has more than a little interest in it...
