Test for how the Dragon Power Make Up is gonna look for Warriors of the Moon (which you can find on FF.Net). Truth be told, I wasn't too sure on how it was gonna even be done, but gave some really helpful suggestions, so here's the first draft of how it'll look. Of course, we have a corresponding Dragon Ball that turns into the Scout's signature color and their hand displaying their symbol in a ball of their own ki/energy.I don't know if I should make Moon's different from the others, and, though it's something only a nitpicking nag like I would stress over, Jupiter's symbol is technically four, yet if Mercury has the one star ball, then that'd make her three...but...she has a four...

I dunno if it'll help your anxiety over the stars or not, but the symbol for Jupiter technically isn't a 4 X3 though it looks like one, it's supposed to be a combination of the Greek letter zeta and a cross. Those both mean something to the symbol, but I forget XD
