haha!! Thanks a lot! I actually used a lot of imagination, hairspray and a metal wire... hahaha! I think I'm going to make a tutorial about this since so many people ask me that! XD

haha! I think I should be uploading a tutorial about this, you're like the... millionth person to ask XP So first thing you got to know is that this is a wig, other wise I would probably never have been able to do it...
So what you need for it to work is a metal wire to give it the curve, a lot... no, a shit load of hair spray (Got2be is the one I always use cause... it's the best XD), hot glue, a needles, black thread, a small (3x3) piece of black fabric, a foam head and the wig.
1. Cut off a long bang of hair from the back of the wig, under it completely so it doesn't show.
2. Hot glue one extremity of hair and the metal wire to the black fabric that you can fold over.
3. Place the wig on the foam head and find the exact position where you want the curl to be and stick the metal wire and hair through the net of the wig and sew the black fabric to the wig.
4. Give the shape to the curl the way you want it to look and place the wig back on the head, pinning it with the needles so it doesn't move as you style the rest.
5. Twist the long bang of hair around the metal wire a few times, glue it in place with the hair spray and do this until you reach the end of the wire. Use as much spray as you can so it doesn't move.
6. If the wig is black, you can hot glue the tip of the hair and wire together so it stays there and use a sharpie to hide the glue, or use some really good gel to make it stick nicely.
Now all you gotta do it put the wig on and bend the metal wire so that it stays up nicely on your head; depending on the thickness and the quality of the wire you use, you will probably be able to move it around a little to make sure it looks good, but try not to bend it over 90degrees or you might end up breaking the metal wire and have to redo everything!
it was long, but I hope it helped you at least a little, if not, I'll have to make a video about it cause I'm not good at explaining... ^^'
